Please refer to "PRINTING SERVICES > HOW TO ORDER" for the proper process of ordering. Make sure to have read thouroughly our FAQ first before processing your order.

There is no MOQ except for our Button pins (50pcs MOQ; no design limit, two (2) laminations).

 

Our prices are per sheet. There are discounts when ordering a certain amount of sheets.

It takes 2-3 days for small orders—up to 10 sheets for both stickers/ prints and sublimation printing (mug/totes/shirts) after payment.


A week for large orders for anything more than 15 of both paper printing and fabric printing.

Yes. We have a 30% charge for rush orders. Rush orders are moved up the queue and finished the next day for small orders or in three days for large ones. However, ETA is still highly dependent on how complex and large a job would be. Just feel free to communicate with us for rush jobs.

After we send you an invoice, you can pay via our selected payment methods (Gcash, AUB, and COD (for dues less than 1k) for Metro Cebu). Production will start after payment.

Orders will be packed within 3-5 days for regular orders.

Within METRO CEBU 
We will notify you if your order is on the way and our staff will call you to inform of your deliverables. Delivery dates are on Tuesdays and Thursdays except for RUSH orders with a specific date of delivery. 
You may also pick-up your orders in our shop if you prefer. 
 

LUZON area
We will ship your items thru J&T. This usually takes 5-7 days for it to arrive.

 

VISAYAS and MINDANAO area

We will ship your items thru J&T. This usually takes 3-7 days for it to arrive.

 

Make sure you take into account your location if your orders are for specific events and plan your schedules accordingly. Do note that we will not be held liable for any mishaps or delays by the courier.


For international orders, we will be using PHLPOST registered mail. ETA ranges from 5-9 weeks. If it takes longer than that, you may present the tracking number and your details to your local post office.

Sure, as long as we havent shipped out the item yet. Feel free to contact us the soonest you can and we will refund the excess shipping cost.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Order delays due to customs is out of our hands.

This is only applicable for charms and orders sent outside of the country. 

All orders are provided with a tracking number. You can keep track of them online or check with your local post office.

Please note that if you missed the delivery of your package, we will not be replacing them. If the package has been returned to us, we will send it to you promptly but you'd have to shoulder the new shipping cost. For lost packages, unfortunately, is out of our hands.

Please contact us immediately so we can correct your order. If it has already been sent out, please check with the postal service and present to them your tracking number.

We wont be held responsible for missing packages if you have given us incorrect details.

On Paper Prints

General File Type, Colors, and Resolution

- Please submit your files in PNG format.
- Please work with a 300 dpi resolution.
- Printed outputs are in CMYK so please do take note of this when
submitting your designs/files. As PNG is RGB by default, do try to preview your work in CMYK mode to set your expectations. Actual product colors may also vary from colors shown on your monitor.

MAGAZINES/ ZINES SUBMISSION
 

For illustrations, For illustrations, please send PNG files following our submission requirement as stated above in the GENERAL FILE TYPE, COLORS, AND RESOLUTION

 

For Zines with texts we recommend you layout the file in InDesign and send us the final layout following these guidelines: 

  1. Make sure that the file size and page order is correct.
  2. Set bleed of 0.125" on each side for PERFECT BOUND/SOFT BOUND zines and 0.5" margin only (no bleed) for STAPLE BOUND zines. To set up margin go to LAYOUT> MARGINS AND COLUMNS > MARGIN.
  3. Make sure that all images set in the page is still following the GENERAL FILE TYPE requirement. Make sure to group each page.
  4. Save your files as IDML file so we will be able to read the files no matter how old or new your software is.
  5. Upload your files including the typeface if you're using custom typefaces for your zine. Include a PDF file format for reference. 


For Photos or photo books, know that we will be using coated paper material as photo paper is too thick for zines/magazines (unless otherwise required), and photos will appear not as crisp as you would expect. This is a limitation of our digital printing machine.


Why the need to submit a raw file (indesign file) for zines with texts? 
Depending on how you save your files during exportation to PDF, compression regardless happens resulting to blurry or pixelated output. To retain the integrity of the text, we may require you to send files in IDML format. 

What if I dont have Indesign?
You can send us a high resolution png file of each page following the GENERAL FILE TYPE requirement above. We will do proofing and if the printed texts still remain pixelated, it will be upon your discretion to continue with production.

On Canvas Totes/ Mugs/ Shirt Prints

Preferred file type would be 300 dpi resolution in transparent PNG.

Yes, we do BUT do take note that the margin of error for this type of printing is 1:1 so faulty prints due to technicalities may mean that we will replace your provided materials with the standard materials that we currently have.


For custom-made Totes and Shirts, you may need to provide items in excess of which we will duly inform if we use any and return during delivery. 

Important notes to consider

We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

 

For refunds, only orders with missing items or has a defect is allowed. Please contact us at contact@inkplaceps.com if you have any problems with your order.
 

Defects as described:

  • Shipping defect due to courier mishandling is not allowed.
  • Printing defects with visible black or white banding - a strip of visible black or white on print.
  • Incorrect printed item
  • Unfinished printed item/illustration; e.g., half of the illustration is not printed or is unfinished.
  • Incorrect file size. Note that if file size is not stated during ordering process we will use our standard sizing for each illustration type.

Inkplace is using a digital printing machine to produce your printable items and no matter how careful and deliberate our process is there is still a limit to each machine that we use such as but not limited to:

 

Colors. Actual colors will vary depending on your monitor. 

 

Paper type. Each paper type will produce different results. Coated papers such as C2S will produce more vibrant and rich colors but the output still varies on how the paper is coated. There are instances that paper coats don't blend the colors as expected, this unfortunately, is out of our control. We do however, quality check each printed output but there are some uncontrollable circumstances that may not produce the results we want. Uncoated papers such as Vellum, Bookpaper, and Oldmill tend to absorb the inks and produce darker outputs but we have a process that mitigates this which is why we tend to recommend uncoated paper for specific prints.

 

Gradation and Transparency. Our toner machine may not be able to produce the expected output of gradients and highly transparent illustrated prints. Fine gridlines may be visible and that is entirely normal as the machine is trying to compensate for what it lacks. We do, however, have a pigment based digital photo printer that produce archival matte printed outputs and best suitable for photos on photo paper, memopads, and Old Mill prints. This printer is also able to produce highly vibrant purples and violets which is unachievable by its counterpart. 

 

Sublimation Output. Output of this type of printing will always appear darker than the one you see in your monitor. Apart from processing prints from CMYK dye inks, factors such as the type of file, the type of substrates, and the color combination of the illustration or prints do matter when trying to achieve highly vibrant prints. Sublimation is also transparent so the quality and color of the subrates affect the final output. 

 

"Subtrate" is the surface or material where your images will be printed. E.g., paper, shirts, mugs, canvas cloth, and etc.
