If your order has specific requirements that cannot be accommodated through our shop, please email us your order details, and we will process it manually.

  • You can pay using our selected payment methods (Gcash, AUB, Paypal (Debit & Credit Cards), and COD for amounts less than 1k in Metro Cebu) during checkout.
     
  • For orders placed via email, payment can be made after we send you the invoice.
     
  • For bulk orders, a 50% deposit is required, and production will begin after payment.

Small orders (up to 10 sheets for stickers, prints, and sublimation printing on mugs, totes, or shirts) will be processed within 2-3 days after payment.

 

Large orders (more than 15 sheets for both paper and fabric printing) will take up to a week to process.

A rush fee will apply for orders requiring more than 10 sheets/pieces in less than 2-3 days.

We apply a 30% charge for rush orders. Rush orders are prioritized and completed the next day for small orders, or within three days for large ones. However, the exact turnaround time depends on the complexity and size of the job. Please feel free to contact us to discuss rush orders.

Order Processing and Delivery Information

 

Order Packing:

Regular orders will be packed within 3-5 days.

 

Within Metro Cebu:

  • We will notify you when your order is on the way, and our staff will call you to confirm delivery details. Deliveries are scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays, except for rush orders with a specified delivery date.
  • You may also choose to pick up your orders from our shop.


Luzon Area:

  • Orders will be shipped via J&T, typically taking 5-7 days for delivery.

 

Visayas and Mindanao Area:

  • Orders will be shipped via J&T, typically taking 3-7 days for delivery.

All orders come with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor their status online or check with your local post office.

 

Important Delivery Information:

  • If you miss the delivery of your package, we will not provide a replacement. However, if the package is returned to us, we will resend it promptly, but you will need to cover the additional shipping cost.
  • We cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

Printing & Other Services

General File Type, Colors, and Resolution

  • Please submit your files in PNG format.
  • Please work with a 300 dpi resolution.
  • Printed outputs are in CMYK so please do take note of this when submitting your designs/files. As PNG is RGB by default, do try to preview your work in CMYK mode to set your expectations. Actual product colors may also vary from colors shown on your monitor.

 

MAGAZINES/ ZINES SUBMISSION
 

For illustrations, For illustrations, please send PNG files following our submission requirement as stated above in the GENERAL FILE TYPE, COLORS, AND RESOLUTION

 

For Zines with texts we recommend you layout the file in InDesign and send us the final layout following these guidelines: 

  1. Make sure that the file size and page order is correct.

  2. Set bleed of 0.125" on each side for PERFECT BOUND/SOFT BOUND zines and 0.5" margin only (no bleed) for STAPLE BOUND zines. To set up margin go to LAYOUT> MARGINS AND COLUMNS > MARGIN.

  3. Make sure that all images set in the page is still following the GENERAL FILE TYPE requirement. Make sure to group each page.

  4. Save your files as IDML file so we will be able to read the files no matter how old or new your software is.

  5. Upload your files including the typeface if you're using custom typefaces for your zine. Include a PDF file format for reference. 


For Photos or photo books, know that we will be using coated paper material as photo paper is too thick for zines/magazines (unless otherwise required), and photos will appear not as crisp as you would expect. This is a limitation of our digital printing machine.


Why the need to submit a raw file (indesign file) for zines with texts? 
Depending on how you save your files during exportation to PDF, compression regardless happens resulting to blurry or pixelated output. To retain the integrity of the text, we may require you to send files in IDML format. 

What if I dont have Indesign?
You can send us a high resolution png file of each page following the GENERAL FILE TYPE requirement above. We will do proofing and if the printed texts still remain pixelated, it will be upon your discretion to continue with production.

Our acrylic charm orders have an manu-MOQ of atleast 300pcs so we open them when there is enough people ordering. A slot has 50pcs MOQ. If we cant reach the manu-MOQ, we might not be able to push through with the order. You may make an order through us, as well, if you can reach the manu-MOQ alone or have other friends to share it with. Do note that fees including, shipping, customs, bank/conversion fees will be divided accordingly to how many pieces each person orders.

Yes, we do. As long as design and a cut-out guide is provided, we are able to accommodate custom packaging with creasing/folding included. Rates depend on the type and size of packaging so it is best to send us an email and provide reference for what you have in mind so we can quote you properly.

On Canvas Totes/ Mugs/ Shirt Prints

Preferred File Type:

Please submit files in 300 dpi resolution as transparent PNGs.

 

Color Considerations:

Printed outputs use CMYK color mode. When submitting designs/files, please consider this. Actual product colors may vary from those shown on your monitor.

Important Notes:

  • While we do offer this service, please be aware that the margin of error for this type of printing is 1:1. Faulty prints due to technical issues may require us to replace your provided materials with our standard materials.
  • For custom-made totes and shirts, please provide extra items as needed. We will inform you if we use any additional items and return any unused items during delivery.

Wash using cold water, turn your shirt inside-out, on a gentle cycle with similar colors and mild detergent. When necessary, only use non-chlorine bleach. Do not use fabric softeners and dry-cleaning. Tumble-dry on low and iron with a cool setting.

The black specks could be caused by a variety of factors. It's possible that they are natural impurities in the cotton fibers, such as seeds or husks or dust heat-pressed into the shirt. You can simply wash this away by following the above instructions on how to wash polycotton fabric.

Refunds are eligible only when there are defects or misprints caused on our side. We offer no MOQ on our sublimated products, so it's best to order (1) piece first to check if our services suit your needs.

 

If you are eligible for a refund, we will review if it is viable for a full or partial refund. You are also free to buy misprints or low-grade defects for half of its original price. 

Important notes to consider

Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy:

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Defects Eligible for Refund:

  • Shipping defects caused by courier mishandling are not eligible.
  • Printing defects include visible black or white banding (a strip of visible black or white on the print), incorrect printed items, unfinished illustrations (e.g., half of the illustration is missing or incomplete), and incorrect file size. Please note, if the file size is not specified during the ordering process, we will use our standard sizing for each illustration type.

Important Considerations for Digital Printing:

At Inkplace, we use digital printing machines to produce your printable items. Despite our careful and deliberate processes, there are inherent limitations to each machine, including:

 

Colors: Actual colors may vary depending on your monitor settings.

Paper Type: Different paper types yield varying results. Coated papers like C2S produce vibrant colors, but results may vary based on the coating quality. Uncoated papers such as Vellum, Bookpaper, and Oldmill absorb ink differently, often resulting in darker outputs. We recommend uncoated paper for specific prints due to our specialized mitigation processes.

 

Gradation and Transparency: Our toner machines may struggle with gradients and highly transparent prints. Fine gridlines may be visible as the machine compensates for its limitations. Our pigment-based digital photo printer, however, is ideal for archival matte prints and produces vibrant purples and violets.

 

Sublimation Output: Output of this type of printing will always appear darker than the one you see in your monitor. Apart from processing prints from CMYK dye inks, factors such as the type of file, the type of substrates, and the color combination of the illustration or prints do matter when trying to achieve highly vibrant prints. Sublimation is also transparent so the quality and color of the subrates affect the final output. 

 

Substrate: This refers to the material where your images are printed, such as paper, shirts, mugs, canvas cloth, etc.

 

Despite our quality checks, uncontrollable circumstances may affect print results. We strive to deliver the best possible outcome for your prints.

There is no MOQ except for our Button pins (50pcs MOQ; no design limit, two (2) laminations). Our prices are per sheet. There are discounts when ordering a certain amount of sheets.

It takes 2-3 days for small orders—up to 10 sheets for both stickers and prints after payment.
A week for large orders for anything more than 15 sheets.
This, however, depends on how complex or large the job is.

Yes. We have a 30% charge for rush orders. Rush orders are moved up the queue and finished the next day for small orders or in three days for large ones. However, ETA is still highly dependent on how complex and large a job would be. Just feel free to communicate with us for rush jobs.
