IMPORTANT TERMS

• Personalized Backing is a cardstock paper that is placed underneath your memopad for protection. You can either personalize it by adding your logo or leave it blank. You can also choose not to place any backing at all.
• Interior Image Upload is the design you want printed in the pages or leaves.
• Cover/Backing Image Upload is the design you want printed on the backing of the memopad.
• No Backing means we do not place any cardstock backing to your memopad.
• Interior designs with more negative space will be separately quoted. Please send us an email at contact@inkplaceps.com

SUBMISSION GUIDE (General File Type, Colors, and Resolution)

• Please submit your files in PNG format and work with a 300 dpi resolution.
• Printed outputs are in CMYK so please do take note of this when submitting your designs/files. As PNG is RGB by default, do try to preview your work in CMYK mode to set your expectations. Actual product colors may also vary from colors shown on your monitor.
• Make sure to specify which file will be used as the Backing and add an allowance of .125" each side for trimming. Check our FAQ for more info.

ORDER REMINDERS

• Orders placed will be packed within 1-5 days depending on the number of orders. Do check our FAQ for more information.
• RUSH ORDERS will be delivered/shipped three (3) days after payment confirmation. Please specify the FINAL ETA before checking out.
• Bulk orders beyond 50 - 100 sheets are packed within 7 days.
• For refunds, only orders with missing items or has a defect is allowed. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
